Chief sound engineer

Arın has a great passion and enthusiasm for sonic arts and music production. With more than 80,000 hours of studio recording and engineering experience, he has been involved in and contributed to the creation processes of many music pieces and albums of different genres like jazz, classical, pop and metal. Being an exceptionally committed professional, Arın has worked with a broad range of artists including Mor ve Ötesi, Özlem Tekin, Mazhar Alanson, Ogün Sanlısoy, TNK, Murder King, Metalium, Ayşe Saran, Seyyal Taner, Esin İris, Gülsin Onay and Efe Kurttekin. PÜR Cunda Studio Operations Director

American mastering engineer and classical producer Pieter Snapper has been a fixture of the Turkish studio world for more than 20 years. He founded the MIAM Studio in 1999 and helped found Babajim Istanbul Studios & Mastering in 2010. He is perhaps best known for engineering and producing more than 20 albums for pianist Fazıl Say, and he has worked with a huge range of Turkish artists from MFO to Sertab Erener, and Ajda Pekkan to Teoman. International clients range from Ibrahim Maalouf to Stewart Copeland, and Peter Murphy to Titi Robin. Snapper is also an expert in immersive audio (Dolby Atmos) recording techniques. Awards he’s won include the 2016 Donizetti Classical Music award for best recording, Best Classical Album of 2015 from Apple iTunes, and the 2010 Record Geijutsu Academy Award (Japan) for recording the Argento Chamber Ensemble's debut album "Winter Fragments."

Assistant sound engineer

A graduate of Bilgi University Music Department, Argon has formal training in composition, orchestration and arrangement in Western classical music and contemporary music as well as training in sound technologies. He also has strong knowledge and experience in orchestral arrangements and transcriptions. His special interests are modern metal and electronic music.

Drum specialist, social media manager

Burak is one of the most talented drummers in Turkey and has been actively involved in the music industry for more than 30 years. Having worked with a very respectable range of musicians such as Kurban, Athena, Malt, Koray Candemir, Melis Danişmend, Mind Shifter, Teoman, Mor ve Ötesi, Burak works as a session drummer, drum recording consultant and teaches drumming. Since PÜR’s establishment in 2016, Burak has actively been involved in the activities of PÜR and is currently managing social media accounts, in house photo and video shoots.

Founder

Being a musician himself, Erce invests in music related fields. Pür Istanbul and Pür Cunda Residential recording studios and Telegrapher Loudspeakers are the leading ones of these investments. The common goal of these investments in Turkey is to offer world-class products in their respective categories and to raise the global bar. Another priority of Erce in music is to support young musicians with outstanding and special talents in their career journeys.

Co-Founder & CEO

Özlem, one of the founding partners, manages the institutionalization and branding processes of PÜR with her experience as an academic and educator. In addition, activities that will ensure the healthy growth of PÜR, such as the management of new investments and determining studio strategies, are Özlem's areas of work. In addition to these, she manages joint projects with other institutions, projects to support special talented young people and the activities of PÜR Records production company.
